Hi! I'm Sarah.

 

I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in reproductive health and wellness nutrition/lifestyle coaching. I'm also a mama to two adorable little humans. My areas of specialization are Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), fertility/pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, and early childhood feeding. What I offer stands out from the rest:

  • Consultations that go beyond the basics: I've dedicated my career to learning the very specific ways in which nutrition is different for fertility, PCOS management, prenatal, and postpartum life stages;

  • Optional sessions dedicated exclusively to support + self-care planning; 

  • Realistic, not idealistic, approach to health management;

  • Anti-diet, HAES-friendly, Weight-Inclusive practitioner (this means that I follow the scientific and ethical evidence to never prescribe weight loss, but instead focus on personalized and person-centred health behaviours that can improve your wellbeing no matter what your weight);

  • I'll share the many indispensible wellness resources I've found personally helpful or have learned of through my many years of working as a dietitian in both low- and high-risk perinatal settings, and through personally living with a PCOS diagnosis.
