Hi! I'm Sarah.

 

I'm a Registered Dietitian and mama to two adorable little humans. I specialize in gentle nutrition for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), fertility/pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, and early childhood feeding. What I offer stands out from the rest:

  • Consultations that go beyond the basics: over a decade of experience in PCOS management, fertility, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition care.

    • age-inclusive (adolescence through menopause and beyond); 

    • culturally-inclusive (respectful of the ways in which different races and cultures experience PCOS and recommendations that allow cultural freedom in your food and medical choices); 

    • gender-inclusive (agender, bigender, gender fluid, genderqueer, two-spirit, and trans folks are all welcome);

    • size-inclusive (fat positive, anti-diet, HAES-friendly, weight-inclusive practitioner. This means that I follow the scientific and ethical evidence to never prescribe weight loss, am informed about the harms of weight bias and weight stigma (especially in healthcare settings), and will focus on personalized and person-centered health behaviours that can improve your wellbeing no matter what your weight).

  • You get access to many indispensable wellness resources I've learned of through my many years of working as a dietitian in both low- and high-risk prenatal settings, feeding two littles, and through personally living with a PCOS diagnosis.
