Hi! I'm Sarah.
I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in maternal wellness coaching and mama to two adorable little humans. I love working with moms-to-be and new moms to provide personalized nutrition + wellness counsel, to simplify healthy eating and self-care routines. Because when you feel supported and confident in these practices, you can better care for your family. Our sessions will set you up for long-term success (no restrictive diets will you find me recommending!), laying the groundwork for a healthy and happy family life.
